This dealership has seen me through 2 cars now. When my 2012 Corolla was totaled by mice, they worked with me to get a new Corolla, I always have a good service experience here

Great dealership. Superb service department. Purchased my first Camry in 2012 and never had a problem with it until today when I noticed the car shuttered under low acceleration. I took it to Prime immediately for service. They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time. The repair took no time at all, and I was delighted to find the repair was covered under an extended warranty. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next purchase or service.

Went in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and they were great about not up selling, but letting me know what could/should be done next and pricing for it. Waiting lounge had good amenities and wifi to get work done.

I’ve never had such an amazing experience of customer service before coming to Toyota Dealer in Lancaster! Everyone was so awesome and graceful. Bertie and Celso my car sales-man was so great and helped the experience go so smoothly. Manager Luke was so pleasant. Hasham the financial officer was great and clear.
