Great dealership. Superb service department. Purchased my first Camry in 2012 and never had a problem with it until today when I noticed the car shuttered under low acceleration. I took it to Prime immediately for service. They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time. The repair took no time at all, and I was delighted to find the repair was covered under an extended warranty. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next purchase or service.

Went in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and they were great about not up selling, but letting me know what could/should be done next and pricing for it. Waiting lounge had good amenities and wifi to get work done.

Everyone worked together to ensure me and my children were happy and getting the best experience. I love my car and my loyalty remains always towards Toyota now .
This is my third purchase at prime Toyota. Nathan Roseberry is great! I shopped around, but they gave the best deal on my trade and the experience with Nathan has been enjoyable.
