I’ve never had such an amazing experience of customer service before coming to Toyota Dealer in Lancaster! Everyone was so awesome and graceful. Bertie and Celso my car sales-man was so great and helped the experience go so smoothly. Manager Luke was so pleasant. Hasham the financial officer was great and clear. Everyone worked together to ensure me and my children were happy and getting the best experience. I love my car and my loyalty remains always towards Toyota now .
