On Friday my wife and I brought our 2016 RAV4 in for its 65,000 mile checkup. We were expecting a routine tire rotation and check of everything. While waiting we got a call from William the service advisor. He wanted to discuss something. He said that they discovered a bad seal on the water pump and a belt that was in tough shape. We were invited to meet with the mechanic at the car to see the issues. This was a great discovery because this was to e the last visit under the extended warranty. Great service provided despite not closing on a deal. Salesman was very attentive and promptly responded to inquiries. Unfortunately we were not able to close on a deal.
