We just completed our 4th transaction at Prime Toyota. We have always had the greatest experiences so we keep going back. This latest time was no exception. The Service department was great. My one complaint is The Service department was great. My one complaint is the cashier dept. They must wear a mask when anyone walks into the office. This is not an option. They were annoyed that I was not comfortable approaching them without a mask. How dumb.
