The whole process of buying a new car was very easy and straightforward. The salesperson communicated well, was very friendly and helpful. The dealership itself is a beautiful facility with a lot of places to comfortably wait, including a playroom for kids that will be a lifesaver when we need service.

This is the 6th car that we have purchased from Acton Toyota. Although we have closer options, we make the drive because of the people. We have worked with Ben Koller for years. He is consistently eager to help, knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service. With our last purchase, we also worked with Stephen Poulin. Acton Toyota of littleton was fantastic, Scott Doherty was very Patient and not pushy. When we went in to look at RAV4's he already had what we were interested in our and ready for a test drive when we showed up. Then we decided he we would like to test drive a Prius he picked one out for us to test drive and walked us through everything to do with that car. He knew the answers to all our questions. Shopped around for some time on the web for a Prius. I received quotes from several different dealers within the area all were competitive. But Acton Toyota's full dis-closer of all the details from the start set them apart. Stephen Poulin had all of the information up front and did not "hide" anything. Stephen worked to make the entire process a smooth glitch free experience and worked late hour to fit my work schedule.

Ales was very professional. He was efficient but not pushy. We came to a deal fairly quickly and pleasantly even though I had visited other Toyota dealers and wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. The ambience at Acton Toyota is quite nice. Even though it it not as close to home as I would like, I will still go there because of the ambience and good service so far. Acton Toyota gets high marks for excellent customer care.
