My experience with Acton Toyota was excellent from the start. I met Chris Curley to test drive a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Chris was friendly, helpful and applied no pressure. When I returned from the test drive and noted a few problems Chris was prompt in noting he'd rather have the truck go to auction than sell it with problems. He had it checked out by service and they replaced a couple U-joints. Chris also noted the rear of the hood was pretty mangled and getting rusty. The people we delt with - especially Tom Downing - were very friendly and helpful. He explained differnt options with me so that I had a good idea of what I wanted - buy new or lease. He was very patient when I needed more explanations, even when he was busy.

This was my fourth time buying a new car and this was far and away the most pleasant and painless experience as well as being *much* faster. Thanks guys for not pushing extra options/features we did not want and beating another dealership's price. I cannot recommend you all highly enough to my friends and family.

Overall I had a fantastic experience with Acton Toyota of Littleton. I bought a 2012 Prius V. I did most of my inquiries online and contacted more than ten dealerships. By far the most cooperative and transparent was this one. Stephen Poulin was my sales guy and he was incredibly responsive, honest and accommodating. I never had to wait more than 30min to get an answer from him if I sent an email or left a voicemail. I would absolutely recommend people to work with him. He is a super nice guy too. In Stephen's bio, he says that he will personally make the process of purchasing your next car from Acton Toyota as simple and honest as possible. He certainly lived up to that statement. This is my second purchase from Acton Toyota, my second Camry. This is the fourth vehicle we have bought at Acton Toyota, and each time the experience has been great. I am sure we'll be back again! The purchase process is painless, and I feel that it is fair. I don't go away wondering if I was cheated.

My husband and I were referred to Alex and Acton Toyota by a friend. We found Alex wonderful to work with when purchasing our new Highlander. We felt we were respected from the minute we walked in the door. We really appreciated Alex working to sell us the car we wanted and not just pressuring us in order to sell us a car. I feel like he really made an effort to understand out needs and listen to us. My husband and I will definately purchse our future Toyota's from Alex and Acton Toyota and will refer family and friends.

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the great service. I was really impressed by the complete lack of a hard sell and the personable approach of each and every member of the team. Steve and Norm (the drivers who delivered the car) were GREAT!
