I went to inquire about a used car and found the salesmen extremely helpful, polite and did not feel a lot of pressure. When I returned and wanted to purchase a car, I worked with John Bernard who was knowledgeable, very helpful and made the purchase easy and comfortable. I felt valued as a customer and everything possible was done to make the process smooth and manageable. I feel that the dealership is honest and to be trusted. I know that I can rely on them in the years to come for good service and good care of my car.
Shawn was great to work with. He gave us a fair price, kept everything transparent and delivered on what he promised. I would definitely recommend Acton Toyota and Shawn to my friends and family. Both my wife and I had a very positive experience.
Shawn Gormley is the man you want to see when thinking of buying/leasing a vehicle from Acton Toyota. Not only is the facilty state of the art, but Shawn's professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and experience makes the entire situation painless, and stress-free! I found him to be a good listener. He really heard what my interests were rather than simply selling any vehicle he could. He was well versed in the model I wanted and easily adapted to make sure that what we looked at matched my requirements. I felt no pressure to buy and that he was working to make sure I was completely satisfied with the price and vehicle. I have already recommended Alex to a number of friends and, as a result of the connection, the Acton Toyota dealership as well.
This dealership makes buying a vehicle easy. Prices are clear and there is little pressure to buy unnecessary extras. We know from past experience that the Service Department is convenient and does good work.
Quality of cars, quality of information on website, and previous strong reviews brought us in to this dealership. I contacted Acton Toyota after it popped up as a dealer participating in the Zag car buying program. I emailed Tom Downing to make an offer on a Prius that I saw was in stock on their website.
