Just bought a new Prius V from John Bohr. Great experience - we did some research and got the car under a price we were willing to pay. John was able to find the specific car color I wanted within a few days when I had been told by another dealership they would not be able to do that. The whole process -car shopping, financing, options, first experience with service department - was easy and convenient.
Travis was friendly, competent, and professional when we went to pick up our new Prius. We have leased three Toyota's in a row from Acton Toyota because they are a) highly concerned with customer satisfaction b) consistently given us a competitive price and c) willing to make any misunderstanding right for the customer.
I just bought my 3rd Toyota from John Bohr. Before going back to Toyota of Action, was dealing with a [non Toyota] dealer on a car I was interested in and it was not a postive experience. So I went back to Toyota of Acton and purchased through John Bohr. I appreciate the "here is what we can do for you" approach and commitment at Toyota of Acton.
My experience with Acton Toyota was excellent from the start. I met Chris Curley to test drive a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Chris was friendly, helpful and applied no pressure. When I returned from the test drive and noted a few problems Chris was prompt in noting he'd rather have the truck go to auction than sell it with problems.
