I used us news auto buying program on-line and received emails and phone calls from three dealerships. John Bohr was, by far the most knowledgeable and focused on the information I was looking for. He located the car we wanted, at the price we were interested in. We went to Action Toyota the next day and purchased the car. John was available at the time we agreed upon, the car was ready for us to test drive and our questions were answered. John was courteous and friendly both on the telephone and when I met him in person. He was prompt in replying back to my question via mail and telephone. He was transparent in his pricing quotes, which helped close the deal quickly.
