I contacted Acton Toyota after it popped up as a dealer participating in the Zag car buying program. I emailed Tom Downing to make an offer on a Prius that I saw was in stock on their website. I was glad to hear from him that the car was actually available, as many dealers seem to offer cars on their website that they don't actually have. This dealer was above average especially when compared with the three other dealers we tried to buy a truck from. They were honest and followed through with their promises (unlike other Toyota dealers) and carried through with the online bid that they made for the price of the truck. I regret that I do not live close enough to use their dealership services.
Tom was friendly, listened well, followed our lead and Tom was friendly, listened well, followed our lead and foucused in on our interests, and questions. He responded knowledgeby to our questions, and was understanding, accommodating, open, and supportive. Tom took us to see the car in the golf cart and he seems to enjoy his job, and working with people. When we arrived to pick up the car everything was ready to go. I appreciated the timely, courteous follow up to my online and telephone inquiries which provided the information I was seeking and also offered competitive pricing and research without being pushy. I felt I was given honest and fair price information in a way that was respectful of my time and convenience. I would recommend this dealership because of it's great customer service, communication, and follow through (phone/email). Professional in all aspects. Worth the thirty min drive from Nashua. No high pressure sales. Josh Bourbeau was great to work with.
Up front in pricing discussion; no pressure felt; listened to my needs and wants; accomodated all my asks; clear indications on dealer fees (again up front); major plus was having insurance, registry, and registration requirements done as part of the deal (save me significant time and hassle); closing out the deal, even meeting with others, was fairly straightforward with little to no pressure felt on any add-ons suggested. Overall I'm am extremely pleased with the purchase of my new Toyota.
