We had carefully researched cars and made decisions before contacting dealers. We had also researched local dealers and knew of Acton's good reputation. We reviewed their inventory on-line, and requested a quote over the Internet. We were contacted promptly, courteously, and respectfully, and all our questions were answered. We never felt pressure, and always knew what was going on. The entire sale was as pleasant and painless as could be imagined. We would strongly recommend Acton to anyone shopping for a new Toyota.

I really enjoyed buying my Toyota. Everyone at the dealership was really friendly and helpful. When I first started looking for my car, I was not sure when or if I was going to buy it from Toyota. I felt no pressure to buy during my first visit, like at some of the other dealerships. When we sat down Scott was able to answer any questions that I had about the car. I enjoyed working with Leo; I was treated courteously & with respect. I generally hate car shopping but this transaction was painless, even got a good price for my trade-in. Financing & paperwork was a breeze - no hassles. I will definately come back when I'm ready to buy a new car. They delivered everything they promised.

I was treated with respect and friendliness in a very professional manner. I received honest answers to my questions. I received a better trade-in allowance than I had expected. All dealership personnel that I met were courteous and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

below is the comment I made to the dealership. And I meant every word of it. I see you do not provide a comment section on the quality of food, doughnuts and coffee that is offered. If you did I would also rate it as #5 - great. keep up the hospitality suite downstairs with coffee and doughnuts and breakfast upstairs. They finished my car too fast - I could have easily stayed another hour sipping cofffee, answering office email and just relaxing.

I was very pleased with the terrific service I received from Tom Downing, during the purchase of my 2011 Highlander. The overall process was low on hassle and high on customer satisfaction. The pricing was clear, with no surprises. Tom was very responsive and took care of my special requests....even a last-minute color change. The Highlander is a beautiful vehicle, loaded with lots of useful features and nice touches. I will definitely send my friends and neighbors to Acton Toyota of Littleton and refer them to Tom.

Acton Toyota in Littleton, Massachusetts, is perhaps the finest dealership within 50 miles of here. My Service Rep Mr. Crowley was very kind and taken care of my needs in a timely manner - I've received nothing but superb service at this dealership "ALL OF THE TIME." Thanks, Acton Toyota for serving this community with such concerns of doing a superb job and supporting this community.

I have purchased two cars from Acton Toytoa--and have loved both cars. However, I didnt use the service department until I purchased the second car (both cars are RAV4's) I am really delighted with the service department because it is efficient, welcoming, take excellent care of my car, send service due reminders by email and allow me to make appintments online--AND they give me a delicious breakfast or lunch when I have a service appointment!!!
