I have been very pleased with Acton Toyota service. Their prices are comparable, but the level of customer service is WAY better than the competition: on-rime appointments, drive-in check-in, FREE breakfast or lunch while you wait, free Wi-Fi, and lots more.
It was the simplest car purchase I ever made. Bill showed me the car, I drove it and then I bought it. I tend to run from happy-talking sales guys, but Bill was simple, reserved and straightforward and I appreciated his low-key, no-nonsense approach, and I'm very happy with the car, so far.
ken was fun to work with ,and very patiient.........after four hours most dealers would throw in the towel.....i couldn't get the color i wanted ken proved to me me it wasn't available........i dealt with ken purchasing my 2004 siena........and my 2008.........all are very professional...thanks,,,,,

Our recent car purchase at Acton Toyota was easier than we both expected. Jerry was very informative and low key while giving us time to consider the options and our circumstance. Jerry seemed to enjoy his work and talking about the product and dealership. We appreciated the being oriented to the detailed aspects of our car and the opportunity for a tour of the dealership.
