This was a very positive experience. Leo was professional and courteous. He did "listen" to what I wanted and worked it appropriately. Peter was also very attentive, and explained things perfectly. I would recommend this dealership/staff to my friends.

My experience buying a new Prius was terrific. The dealership is impressive in their attention to detail and their responsiveness to customer questions and concerns. My test drive was an important piece of my decision to buy. I heartily recommend them. Jerry Thomas, our sales guy, was a real pro. He was informed, attentive and conscientious in making the entire process go smoothly.

Our purchase of a 2011 Prius through Acton Toyota was the most pleasant experience in purchasing an auto we ever had. It was as if we had been there before and they were our neighbors for years. No pressure at any time, overall very pleasant experience. If I had more money, I would have purchased two vehicles. I have already recommended this dealership to three of my friends and family. So, keep an eye out for us at the front door.

I'm a 4-time repeat customer with Acton Toyota (1 new, 3 used), and this is the only automobile dealership I've ever bought from more than once, and based on my last experience, I will definitely go there again. Overall had a very good exp, buying my truck and the service I received, found the new dealership to be very nice and the people very helpful and friendly. Although my truck had a real problem and I was not happy with the way it would run, the problem was addressed and they did their best to resolve it. I would have returned to buy another Toyota, but did decide to go back to a Ford, I will miss the going to the dealership for the great service, I do and will recomend them to all. Cheers and keep up the good work.

Bob and the team at Acton Toyota were helpful, without being pushy. Buying a car is a stressful enough process without a pushy salesperson trying to convince you to buy a car you don't want by lowering the price to a ridiculously low number. The Acton Toyota guys don't play that game - they're respectful, pleasant to deal with and fair. I'll buy my next car from there for sure.

Superior service and communication. Bob Gaudet was terrific to work with and responded promptly to all my inquiries throughout the sales process. Even though the SUV purchased was an '02, Bob and team made me felt like I was buying a new vehicle to ensure everything as perfect and to my liking. STeve spent considerable time with both myself and my wife reviewing the Toyota Prius and assisting me in comparing the Prius with my Audi A6 which i had been driving for several years. Steve was extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, fair in his presentation. He didn't "push" the sale, but helped us make what I believe was the right decision. This is what I want in a salesperson and, my car dealership. I would recommend STeve to a friend in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience. We bought two 2010 corollas. We are very satisfied with the service. We would use them again and would highly recommend them. Scott Doherty was our sales rep. and he was very patient with us, our situation was unique. He was kind and most important not pushy or rude in any way. Overall great experience!!!
