Outstanding experience. Best I ever had. They were not pushy, let me decide what I wanted, did not use the traditional gimics, and did not try any bait and switch tactics. Toyota should be proud to have this dealership representing their excellent product. They are fair and do not insult your intelligence.

Gregg is a very trust-worthy sales person. he kept his promise, and provided his customers with the best purchase price and most attentive service. he isn't like some of the other sales person where they don't follow through with their price quotes. i would definitely recommend his dealership and his service to anyone of my friends and family members.

Both men were very helpful and professional. The whole process took less than 45 mins. I feel that Leo was up front with all the info we need to make our decision. There was no going back and forth on the figures and I feel the offer that was made on my trade was very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Leo to my friends and family in the future.

When our old vehicle gave up the ghost, Jim was fantastic and quickly found a vehicle that met our needs and price. He picked me up the morning we got the vehicle to expedite the proces and he then followed through promptly with an after sale minor repair we had requested. The vehicle has exceeded our expectation for quality in a used car.

I had a very positive experience working with John Bernard of Acton Toyota. I had communicated via email prior to coming in with my goal of trading in my existing car and leasing a Camry for a set amount. John greeted us with a smile and had us driving a Camry within a few minutes of our arrival. Integrity and customer care are two critical things when selecting someone to buy a car and choose service from. Acton Toyota was my 3rd dealership I visited to purchase a car. The purchase and delivery was beyond anything I've experienced or heard about. Recently I went for service and was blown away yet again. Scott was Super nice and helpful! He helped me find the car I wanted within my budget, and let me test drive it for a while. He explained everything really well and made everything really easy. Then he showed me all the cool functions in my new car and set up a service appointment!

This is our second car we've bought from Acton Toyota through actontoyota.com, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The sales staff weren't quite as attentive this second time. Regardless, this is the only place I'd ever recommend to a friend.
