Our purchase of a new Toyota Avalon with trade-in was an exceptionally positive experience which exceeded my expectations. The sales staff (mainly Shawn Gormley for us) was not pushy, helpful with our explorations of alternatives, and always ready to help out. I also knew from the start (via the no-nonsense upfront internet quote) that the price would be good, including a good trade-in allowance. The sales facility is clean and comfortable.

I buy a car every couple of years (and I'm in my mid 30's) so I've bought quite a few cars. I saw zero down Prius III lease on-line and figured it was worth checking out - and assuming this was just a scam to get me into the dealership. I can say the price they quote on-line is really the price you pay. When they say the buying experience is different here they aren't kidding. This was an excellent buying experience and Steve as the salesperson did a great job. He was prompt with his email responses and clearly stated what was included in the price quotes. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgeable about the Tacoma line and made some key recomendations that helped me decide on the specific model I purchased. Best dealership in the area. They are friendly, warm and go out of their way to please the customer. Kudos to them! We have purchased several cars from Acton Toyota and the customer service has ALWAYS been top notch. I would highly recommend that you check them out for the quality of service and for the sales associates that are really there to be helpful and it is a non pressure situation.

We have had nothing but positive experiences at Acton Toyota and especially with Tomas! We are now getting our 2nd Sienna! It may sound cliche' but from the first time we walked through the door at Acton Toyota, we felt like we were being taken care of. And to boot, the maintenance services have been quick and easy with a great staff to help you out. I truly have nothing but good things to say ~ I highly recommend Acton Toyota and Tomas!

In my most recent Service visit, I commented as follows; It was a very good experience. Not only did my car get serviced, but when I got in the car there was a nice cold water bottle waiting for me, and I realized that my car had been vacuumed out. That is a great touch for the added service you provide.

I have used Acton Toyota of Littleton to service our Sienna minivan since we purchased it in 2007. I am constantly impressed by the level of service, friendliness, and competence of the staff, whether I'm calling on the phone or bringing the vehicle in. The waiting area is well-kept and well equipped - I especially appreciate the access to high-speed internet and comfortable work areas. I always leave feeling I have received the best service.

I've only dealt personally with three car dealers ever since I was able to search for a car on my own. By far, Jim Sullivan of Acton Toyota, has given me the best customer experience so far. He not only allowed my husband and I to try many different vehicles we were curious about, but he did it without reservation, unlike one other we went to. This was a very positive experience for us as a family. It was the least pressurized car buying experience we have ever had. This includes supposed fixed value referral services. There were no games and Acton Toyota sincerely wanted to find a car that worked for us. Their attention to detail (sales rep Tom Downing)continued after the sale was completed. There was more than enough inventory to select from during our visit despite a steady stream of customer traffic. We will continue our relationship with Acton Toyota.
