Wellington was so helpful and such a kind dealer. This was my first time buying a car for myself and Wellington went beyond what was necessary of a dealer to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with my decision. Our experience with John Bernard of Acton Toyota of Littleton was excellent. John is knowledgeable, direct, and extremely easy to work with. The dealership was patient with me for months while I made up my mind that I wanted to lease a Prius. There was no pressure, and at one point I became unsure that I wanted to follow thru with the deal & the business manager shredded the papers in front of me. I went back the next day and leased the car. I researched prices and deals on the internet and theirs seemed the best. Everyone was pleasant & there were no games (like at some dealers where they take your keys & won't give them back!)

I was under time constraints when I visited the dealership to have work done on my tires. Stan made an effort to get the work done as quickly as possible and tracked me down at the dealership the moment the work was completed. Thanks, as always, to Acton Toyota of Littleton. They have excellent customer service, and the quality of their work is always superior.

Over the years, I have heard nothing but good remarks from people about Acton Toyota. The person who I was working with, Travis, was very knowledgable about every vehicle that I was interested in. It has defintely been a pleasure working with him and the business managers. I will be sure to buy my next vehicle there too!!

Thanks again for being so prompt and courteous. I showed up ahead of my scheduled appointment time and you still got me in, and in fact, had my car ready for me at just about the time I was supposed to originally be dropping it off! Will definitely be back and would recommend your service department to other Toyota owners.

I had a very easy and pleasant experience buying a new Tacoma from these guys. They were very helpful and professional. I was looking for a new 4Runner for awhile..
