Wow! What a fantastic experience we've had. We found ourselves window shopping for a vehicle about 2 weeks before the actual sale took place. As fate has it, an angel, Scott Vachon, was in your lot and kindly assisted us with questions regarding size comparisons between two comparable SUV's. He even sat in both for demonstration purposes. I am giving this rating to Bob and Peter, simply because they truly made my entire experience enjoyable. Prior to my recent purchase of an '04 4Runner, I had bought a 2002 Tacoma in May of '02 (from a dealership in Westboro)w/ 57 miles on it. In my tenure owning my truck I amassed an odemeter reading over 218k. Having said that, I knew Toyota produced quality vehicles prior to this purchase. Excellent service and very positive experience. Bent over backwards to work with my schedule and make it as easy as possible for me and provide me with the features I wanted at the best possible price. I would whole-heartedly recommend this dealership to family, friends and colleagues.

Dave was extremly helpful. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me something I did not want. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He took care of all my concerns and answered all my questions. He was very efficeint and did not waste my time. As for the below optional information. Dave gave me Pricing information before I came in and details about the vehicles he was showing me.

Both John and Jim were very helpful and responsive. Jim took a lot of time helping me test drive three cars (Priuses). John was helpful every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about Priuses. I would be happy to work with these salesmen again. My experience this time also reflected my last two experiences (8 years ago,and 8 years before that) buying cars at Acton Toyota. It's one of the few places where I as a customer really do feel important and well treated. Thanks! Linda Stein

After a more than unpleasant experience with my previous used car (and it finally just dying), I found myself in need of a newer, dependable, and, if possible 'sporty' new car within my price range. Far and above the finest, most cordial, car buying experience.....ever! Bob Rabb was the best. He was very knowledgeable and personable and made the experience a pleasure. None of the usual run around and game playing that is so typical of most dealerships! Strongly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone looking for a great hassle free car buying experience and a great deal. I've been buying vehicles for almost 25 years and this was bar none the best buying experience ever. As a woman buying a new vehicle I have always felt taken advantage of and like any wasn't getting treated fairly. Not at Acton Toyota. Everyone was courteous, easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle.
