I continue to be impressed with the quality of service at Acton Toyota and with my Camry. I have purchased two Camrys at this dealership and have owned a Toyota since 2001. I have had all of my maintenance done at this location and based on my experince, I remain a very satisified Toyota owner.

I drove over an hour from Rhode Island to buy a car from Richard Hamel at Acton Toyota because we had previously had such a good experience with him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He and Acton Toyota do not engage in high pressure tactics nor manipulative strategies. The deal was fair, quick, and transparent. Neil Schartz was excellent in his customer service with me! He greeted me as I got out of my car, took me right in (calling me by name) and then served me in an efficient and friendly manner. I also enjoyed (for the first time ever despite being a long time customer) the new Cafe. My lunch sandwich was excellent and there too all the staff were also VERY friendly and efficient. I was VERY impressed (more than I even usually am) Please pass on this to management, Thank you, Debbie L

i hda a great experience with acton toyota. i was in the market for new vehicle and have always wanted a pick up truck. i spoke with scott vachon and took a test drive. scott was great to work with and very helpful. he coordinated everything for me, even on his day off. i was in the new truck within two days. i would recommend acton toyota to anyone. professional, helpful, reasonably priced, hassle-free, they have been great. again, thank you soooo much. i love the truck and had great experience.

I came in to Acton Toyota on a recommendation (excellent, friendly service and good prices) and was well pleased. I stopped at the Used Car Annex and was provided directions and a referral up to the main store (where the newer, Certified Used vehicles are). Travis was incredibly helpful, working within my price range, mileage, and the specific models I was interested in. I bought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in December of 2004. It was a previously used by one of the dealership's salesmen. I have had nothing but good rapport with Bob Moran's dealership. He does everything possible to make those of us who wait for our cars extremely comfortable. From the TV to the WiFii room to the coffee and refreshments to full breakfasts and lunches. Customer reception is very good. Infrastructure and facilities provided to the customer during the waiting period are excellent. Service personnel are cordial and have pleasing manners. They are on top of my work the moment I arrived there. Though i went for just basic servicing which i could have done outside for a lesser price. I don't trust others as i trust Toyota dealer. I had a great sales experience with John Bohr at Acton Toyota. Car shopping was always something I hated to do. John made me feel at ease and they were able to meet the price I wanted to pay. The dealership is not the typical high pressure sales. They have actually thought of everything providing a TV lounge, wi fi room, cafe and even a gym to use while you are waiting.
