Totally great experience! Simple process with the internet quote and no haggling involved. We comparison shopped and they offered the best price around. Juliana was great from the start; consistent with her emails/calls but no pressure! They found us the car we wanted and it came in early! Quick process and we would totally recommend the dealership, Juliana and the internet process since it worked out so well for our busy family!
Lovely dealership in the middle of nowhere. Would have loved to have bought from them, but their management estimated my trade in several thousands less than where I eventually bought (was rather insulted by the low offer). Salesrep was very nice and it was probably not his fault. The place was very busy on weekends and wound up waiting awhile to hear their "great" trade in offer amount. By far the cleanest dealership we have ever been to. Everyone friendly but not pushy. Steve was easy to get in touch with (as we made the deal over the phone/internet) and followed through on everything he told us on the phone...no hidden fees. This was a no-hassle internet sale. The price Bob quoted us was below what an other dealership quoted and was significantly below TMV. Bob was friendly, cordial, informative, and took the time to answer all our questions. We never felt rushed, and he was never pushy. Our experience with Peter was much the same. My husband and I recently purchased a Toyota Camry SE @ Acton Toyota. The customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations. Tom Downing was Outstanding to work with He did everything he could to keep me satisfied. Ed Babagallo gave me the impression that he wasn't trust worthy. Ed was like the old time salesman,fast talking,all business,try to sneak things by you. Ed prepared a loan application at 7.1% and gave it to me to sign,I think just to slip it by me. We recently purchased a new 2009 Prius from Tom Downing at Acton Toyota in Littleton. He spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions, was extremely helpful, patient, and nice to work with -- the complete opposite of the stereotypical "car salesman" we encountered earlier when buying our first Prius at a different dealership.
