We went out shopping specifically for a Toyota Sienna. We had done pricing research on our own and found the lowest price out there (advertised at a different dealership). I used the internet sales division. Richard Hamel was very nice and very easy to deal with. The entire process was remarkably hassle-free. I requested multiple quotes for different styles via email and he was very responsive. It was also helpful to monitor their on-line inventory for styles, options and colors. Scott was fantastic! He was honest and truly looking for my needs. His ability to listen carefully and not try to sell me something I did not want or need was something to be commended. He treated me in a respectful mannor and I felt extremely comfortable working with him.
After spending a lot of time searching websites, I entered my name on the Acton Toyota of Littleton site. Within a very short time I received a call from Wellington. I told him I was looking for a late model, certified used Corolla and how much I could afford to spend. He was very patient with me as we emailed back and forth for a few days. My wife and I went to the dealership not knowing for sure whether we would buy a new car. After much debate and hours logged at the dealership we ended up purchasing a new Corolla. Our salesman Kevin was very professional and went out of his way to make the expereince a good one for us. His managers tried to beat us down and play hardball (which is expected of course) but throughout the whole process Keviv remained professional and did his work as a salesman. I requested lease quotes from a few dealers. Acton Toyota was the first dealer to respond with an actual quote, while the other dealers only responded with a contact person name and many phone calls to my home. As it turns out, Acton Toyota provided the best quote. Kevin Townshend was a pleasure to work with. He made it very easy to purchase and take delivery of my new Toyota. Keep up the good work!
We visited Acton Toyota to test drive a RAV-4. The dealership is clean and new and very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated the opportunity to test drive without being accompanied by a non-stop talking salesperson, as we were at other dealerships.
