I went to Acton Toyota basically to rule it out before I began the long arduous search for a new car. I had been there several years before and although the customer service was good they could not offer the lower prices of larger dealers. What a surprise this visit was to their new showroom. Acton Toyota of littleton made getting a truck as easy as it comes with truck speciales Steve Augusta. He would present the info right up front no need for questions to be asked. He was very knowagble about all Toyota Trucks and SUV's. I would recommend any one buying a truck to go threw Steve Augusta at Acton Toyota.
Very pleasant experience. It felt like everyone was there to help me, just me. Everyone was friendly and responsive. I felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle,warrenty options or any insurances or theft locator devices. I left with a certified vehicle and no unanswered questions.
Buying a new car is not something I feel I am especially good at, so visiting a new-to-me dealership, looking at cars, figuring out what would best fit my needs and then putting together all the financial pieces is not an activity I look forward to. We had a very positive experience at this dealership. It was one of the few times that buying a new car was virtually hassle-free. We did our homework first and then contacted the dealership via email. We got an immediate response back by phone. There was no annoying, high pressure haggling and we were very satisfied with the price. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant.
When first researching minivans online, I requested price quotes online through a third party and almost immediately, Ken from Acton Toyota emailed me with a price quote. He was the only one who emailed me with an actual price quote for a specific model of the Toyota Sienna 09. He and I corresponded via email several times to get an exact quote for the specific Sienna model I was looking for. I visited another dealership where I felt high pressure to buy a vehicle immediately. It turned me off so I decided to check out Acton Toyota. Steve approached me and my father as we were looking at a RAV4 on the showroom floor. He was very friendly and invited us over to his desk where he showed us on the computer the deal he could give me. I had an excellent sales experience working with Richard. We was personable, professional, but not pushy. I have had some poor experiences with dealerships in the past but was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton. Although I wasn't feeling "the love" in the financing office when I turned down the extra coverage options, I would highly recommend Richard as a pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson.
