Buying a new vehicle has never been so easy. We started by sending an email inquiry. Chris responded within 24 hours and because of the quick response we chose Acton Toyota. Chris took the time to listen to what we were looking for. I am glad we chose Acton. We were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted within 3 hours and picked it up 2 days later. Going through the internet was simple and straight forward.Rich and Juliana gave me their price of their car and gave me a price for mine which was very close to what I expected.They were very friendly when I called with any questions.I would definitley buy another car from this dealership which was far better than the other ones who wouldn't even give me a quote unless I came in for a visit.
Acton Toyota sent me the lowest quote on the exact car I requested. Their quote was itemized and included all fees and registration costs, so there were no surprises when I came in to make a purchase. Quotes from some other dealers weren't always itemized so it was difficult to determine if they included all the costs. I had gone to several toyota dealers, and the last stop was Acton Toyota. I received a great price, and received the best price on my trade.The salesman was right up front with the price I wanted to pay. The sales manager got right on the phone with me in his office and talked to other dealers to get me the price I wanted for my trade. An excellent dealership.
I just bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla, and am very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went. Wellington was wonderful to work with. He was very relaxed and patient, with none of the usual high pressure sales tactics. If you have any kind of business sense you've probably walked into a business, thought "I could run a better business than these guys", and then proceeded to mentally note what could be improved. E-mailed sales department with what I wanted to buy and vehicle I had to trade along with price I wanted to pay. Received back an e-mail with all the costs and request to call Bob Rabb to set-up an appointment. We drove out to Acton Toyota that night and the vehicle we wanted was sitting outside waiting for us to look at. An appraiser looked at our van while we looked at new Sienna. The 2009 Camry is the second car I bought from Acton Toyota (the first was 97 Camry which we still keep and is in great running condition). Also, occasionally bring my car to the dealership for service.
