I was moving to US and this was my first experience buying a car in US. And it was great, I've got complete information over the Internet including all fees, financing options etc. Steve was awesome - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He has even handled return of my rental car. Finance department offered smaller APR based on recent special offer without me even asking for it. When I'll decide to buy car for my wife, I'll definitely call Steve.
Prior to the purchase of my beautiful 2006 Toyota Sienna, I had very negative experiences with dealerships. I always felt that the salesperson was just in it for the "commission", not caring about the customer. I first contacted Acton Toyota through the website and was responded to the same day by an employee and bought a new truck the same week. Everyone was very friendly and made the entire process very quick and painless. I was able to leave with a new truck the day after starting the paperwork.
I needed to replace a RAV4 that was in an accident, so I knew exactly the car that I wanted and roughly the going price. I wanted the new car quickly and did not want to go through the usual negotiation process again. Last week I bought my Camry LE and the Customer Service was good. I was helped right away . My appointment was with Neil O'Leary. He was very helpfull and gave me all the information about my new car . I knew I wanted a Camry LE and he let me have a ride to become accustomed to all the buttons. Tomas was extremely attentive to listening to what I wanted and provided me with the answers to the questions that I asked without trying to "sell" me on information that I did not request and did not need. Furthermore, Acton Toyota made my decision to choose them for my purchase over 4 other dealers by offering me the best deal on the car and the best offer for my trade-in.
This is the second car we have purchased from Steve at Acton Toyota in the past 6 months and our 5th car from Acton Toyota overall. We received a good deal on the car with the price being lower than Edmunds TMV and Invoice. Steve is a pleasure to work with. He listens to the customer and is not a high pressure salesman.
