I am extraordinarily pleased with my experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton. My salesman, Richard Hamel, provided concise, highly competitive pricing and no hassles. Without a doubt, one of the finest dealership experiences I have had since purchasing my first vehicle in 1967. Richard Hamel and Steve Jensen made the decision to purchase a Tacoma an easy one. I have never been able in the past to strike a deal on any Toyota truck with other dealerships. As a result, I have owned a half dozen Nissan trucks in the last 20 years. Chris did a great job for us but ultimetly it came down to price and we got a better price elsewhere. His customer service was excellent and he stayed in contact with us througout the process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a toyota they have a huge stock!
I sent an email inquiry on the car I was interested in. I received an a response very quickly. My subsequent questions were answered and I then requested and received a price quote on the vehicles I requested. I found the quotes to be reasonable. This is my third purchase from Acton Toyota. A 97 Camry, 98 4 Runner (both still in use by my family) and now 09 Camry Hybrid. Service has been consistenly good, and this latest purchase experience was even better than the first two. Good, clear communication, no games and no pressure. I used the internet to begin the process. I had a detailed response in a few hours. Another dealer took about a week to respond. I have, and will continue to recommend this dealership to others.
