This is the best experience of buying a new car I had in This is the best experience of buying a new car I had in a long time. They were very upfront with me right from the beginning, I didn't have any surprises during the entire process. Another thing that I like and find important is that when I go back, they still know my first name, and they take time to come and say hi.
I found a Certified Pre-Owned Prius online at Acton Toyota that met all my criteria, so I called, set up an appointment for later that day, and headed over to the dealership. Steve Augusta met me, we talked about the car, and then he took me outside to the car which he had already retrieved from the lot and gotten warmed up (it was a brutally cold day). I am a little late writing this review but better late than never. This is the second new car I purchased from Acton Toyota within 2 months. Again things went pleasantly well, no surprises then or later, what we agreed on is what we got. I have purchased many new cars and this by far is the most honest dealership and sales people I have dealt with. First, I found your dealership online using the Kelly blue book "click through". It was very easy to see cars that were available including pictures which helped me an my wife make up our mind quickly whether we liked the model car, in this case the Matrix. I brought the family to you littleton dealership and the free cocoa and playroom helped keep my my 5 year old entertained and allowed my wife and I to work with Wellington Pereira our sale rep to make the next decision, New vs. USED. Our purchase experience here could not have been better. Travis was freindly and delightful to work with on the sale. Peter went above and beyond the call of duty with the business end of the deal. I started by looking online and in my search found that Acton Toyota of Littleton website was very easy to browse. I then found a couple of trucks and within hours had an email or 2 from Steve.
