Provided a concierge service that picked me up from my location since I didn't own a car and dropped me off after agreeing terms. They also delivered the car to me when the deal was done. I had one of the unique experience with this dealership. I went in to buy a pre-owned certified camry. Everything went smooth until the time came for delivery of the vehicle. They were missing an important document. After more than two and a half weeks of waiting, I decided to cancel the deal. But to my surprise, Shawnee Wandless, made an offer for a new camry with a price I never imagined. It just shows the importance these people give on customer satisfaction. I initially contacted Acton Toyota via the internet and the follow up was terrific. Ken Hsu immediately emailed me to determine the make, model, etc... of the vehicle we were interested in and then contacted me the next day by phone to see where we could go from that point. We concluded a deal, at the price my husband and I needed to get to, within three days. They really proved to us that they wanted to sell us a vehicle- the vehicle we wanted, at the price we could afford.
Wow, from the moment we walked in to the moment we picked up our new Toyota Corolla we were treated extremely well by Travis and everyone else. Travis gave us a great deal and their was no "typical pressure" like we saw at other dealerships. This dealership is amazing. Every employee was friendly and courteous to me and my daughter. The salesman I talked to first was Austin McCarthy. He was great. Very friendly, informative and explained everything so that I understood exactly what he was telling me. The next day I worked with Travis McCarthy, Bob Gaudet and Peter Rakauskas. I purchased a new Honda this year and just didn't like the move from a truck to a car. I went to Acton Toyota to test drive a Tacoma. I really decided that I liked the vehicle, but I wanted the new truck, I didn't need the new truck. This is my second new car purchase at Acton Toyota in two years. Wellington Pereira has been my sales person for both. He has been just fantastic to deal with.
