Working with the team at Acton was a very easy experience. Bob Rabb was thorough, no-nonsense, trustworthy, and a pleasure to buy a car from. I wouldn't go anywhere other than Acton. They made paperwork hassle free and the follow-up about service and satisfaction has been just the proper amount.

Two weeks after buying a car from John Bernard at Acton Toyota, my other old car died. Murphy's Law. john was up front and straight with me the first time around and that's why I returned for the 2nd car. He didn't disappoint. Aside from the sticker shock of having to buy two cars in the middle of thw worst economic crisis in 80 years, John was a pleasure to deal with.

I have bought many cars in the past and I have to say I have bought many cars in the past and I have to say the experience with Action Toyota with Ken Hsu has been the most pleasant and personal experience among them all. I was looking to buy a new Camry Hybrid. However, the NY dealerships I was working with all said that there would be a minimum of a 3-6 month waiting period. I was not able to wait since I was without a car. My brother-in-law who lives in Concord, MA bought 3 cars from Acton Toyota and has always been complimentary about the sales and service staff. I had a very pleasant experiencing at Acton Toyota from the moment I drove into the lot until I left with my sales contract in my hand. My sales representative, John Bernard, was friendly and courteous and at no time made me feel rushed or pressured into decisions regarding which car to buy, when to buy it and what features and options I wanted in my new Toyota Rav 4. Working with Ken Hsu and the rest of the team at Acton Toyota was a pleasant, no hassles experience. Not only was Ken courteous and friendly but also prompt and clear on everything that needed to be done. Never did it feel like we were being "sold" a car, but rather that we were being helped to buy a car.

Chris is the first person that listened - we left Acton Toyota after years of buying from you because the empty sales suit that was at the first desk has no customer savvy.(that is a few years ago when we went wit Ira T.) Chris was a breath of fresh air!

My husband and I have dealt with Acton Toyota for about seven years. We have done all our maintainence on our two toyota's at this dealership. We have now bought two cars from them, the most recent today a 2009 Prius. Both Ken and Bob have been terrific in their responding to our questions, and going over all the details of this high tech car.
