I had an excellent experience with Steve Jensen, Internet Sales, at Acton Toyota. The internet price quote was fair and arrived within minutes of my seeking one. The wait for the car was reasonable given the backlog. The buying experience was superb. My trade in was accepted for blue book, and the whole experience was actually fun. I can't say enough good things. I'll go to Acton Toyota first next time.

Salesman was refreshingly different than most car salemen I've dealt with. He answered my questions straightforwardly, didn't try to run me around, and was patient working with me through identifying what car worked best for us. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This was the greatest experience I have ever had at a dealership - new or used. Wellington was extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed and not just the information you would expect a salesperson to give you. With a young family that is expected to grow in the next couple of years, we were looking for a vehicle that would meet our needs today as well as in the future. The guys at Acton Toyota (Internet Sales) were the most professional, helpful group I've dealt with for a car purchase. From my initial email with Chris to close of sale Ken, they provided clear information with no hassle. I never felt pressured and when I asked questions, regardless of who I spoke to, I was given accurate answers. This sales team is top notch, I'd definitely buy from Acton Toyota again.

Ken helped us lease a new car that replaced the one we traded in. This is the second car we've bought or leased from Acton Toyota. From start to finish, Ken was very helpful, professional, friendly and straightforward. He walked us through the process of selecting the right model for our needs, and setting up the lease with the options we wanted. He always returned our calls promptly and was available at our convenience. I highly recommend him and will call him for our future needs

Very honest and upfront and a clear cut above the others. From the very beginning you know this one is not like the others. Fast turnaround times on quotes for starters followed by clear and concise emails with vehicle prices plus options spelled out neatly.
