Acton Toyota's reputation is what brought me to this dealership, my experience far exceeded my expectations. My whole experience from start to finished was a pleasant one. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly All details were covered and there were no pressure sales. They switched my plates and even returned my old plates to the rmv. Acton Toyota will always be my first stop when puchasing a new vehicle.
I was very Happy to work with Acton Toyota on my vehicle purchase. I found the internet quote system they use offers the most information on what my vehicle was going to cost right down to the penny. Knowing this before I even walked in the door was fantastic. The gave me the lowest price and I had researched with three other toyota dealers in the area. I bought 2 cars from Acton Toyota. It was a very positive experience. I considered other makes and found I liked the sales team and their straightforward manner. This is the second car we have purchased from Jim. He gave us the facts, was very curtious, and provided prompt service. He was pleasant to talk to and was efficent with the paper work. We would go to him again the next time we are in the market for new car. The dealership is very profesional, clean and accomedating. They had a very large selection from which to choose a new car.
Mr.Hsu treated our family in a friendly, curteous, and respectful manner. He answered all questions with us. The whole process was made as stressfree as possible and a very good experience. I would recommend Acton Toyota to others seeking to purchase a car and specifically would recommend Mr.Hsu and Ms Juliana Chaves to them. When we next purchase a car, we will definately return to them.
I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my life ranging from economy cars to Lexus and this was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience. Form the prompt e-mail responses to the follow up phone calls the whole transaction was non-pressured and down right pleasurable. This has to be the best dealer to buy a car from in the Northeast if my experience is the norm.
Wellington was helpfull on the Phone before we met him.The showroom experience was better, our trade was appraised fairly and the car we wanted was priced in the range we wanted to pay. There was -no pressure- -no gimmicks- in short the purchase was fun. This is our second car from Acton and likely not our last.
I went to this dealership looking for a specific vehicle with a specific build, Steve spent quite a bit of time trying to locate exactly what i was looking for, he didn't try to sell me something that i wasn't really interested in, I ended up having Toyota build me a 2009 Tacoma built to my specification, was quoted a 7 week delivery, truck was delivered to the dealership in 6 weeks, very happy with the vehicle and Steve's efforts.
I found our experience to be a wonderful experience. We knew which vehicle we wanted to see and Mr. O'Leary made the whole experience easy and as stress free as possible. We were greeted at the door and as he was with another customer, shown to a waiting area with coffee and donuts as well as juice for our children.
