I was interested in a Prius and knew that there would be a waiting list. What I appreciated dealing with Acton Toyota was that they readily gave me detailed pricing information,realistic wait times, and other information, whereas other dealers weren't interested in spending the time. The message was to get on the list and be happy. I also valued that A.T. didn't take advantage of the high consumer demand to command premium pricing from their customer. I have purchased 3 cars at Acton Toyota, one through the regular sales department and two through the internet sales. I can truly say all the ads are correct. It has always been a hassle free and easy experience to purchase a car. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will continue to purchase my cars there.

I requested information on the vehicle I was interested in via the internet, and received an extremely quick response from the dealership with a quote I found acceptable after doing research on consumer reports. The salesperson I dealt with was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite, gained my trust, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I travelled two hours to Acton after having an undesirable experience at a local dealership. When we arrived, Wellington made my first car buying experience a pleasureable one. It was quick, easy and I walked away satisfied. My fiance had bought his car at Acton the year previous and had nothing but good things to say about Wellington, and now, I too have nothing but good things to say. I will be recommending Acton Toyota to all my friends and family.

I have only ever owned/bought new cars the Prius being my fourth. The only other low stress buying experience I had was when I bought a Saturn years ago. Being in high demand I expected to wait a few months before I could get a Prius and maybe not be able to get the color I wanted. But the car arrived sooner than I expected and I got it in the color I wanted. I have heard of Toyota dealers that were selling the Prius to the highest bidder. I just purchased an 09 Camry from Acton Toyota. The experience I had there was fabulous. I did my research, decided on a car, model, trim, etc, etc. Then when it was time to start talking prices, Jerry Thomas from there gave me an excellent price, first time around. I paid only a few hundred over the amount I had set as a goal for myself to negotiate down to - with absolutely no negotiations. They were fast, friendly and did not mess around or try to squeeze me for things I didn't want. All in all and excellent experience.

If you're looking to buy a new Toyota at the best price without the games that dealers play then Acton Toyota is the place to go. After going to different dealers and researching prices I logged onto Acton Toyota. I was impressed with all the positive reviews at Dealerrater.com. Could they really be that good? I spent some time on the internet searching for pre-owned FJ Cruisers. Acton Toyota had a couple of 2007 FJ Cruisers in the colors I was looking for so I gave them a call. The person I spoke with was Bob Rabb who seemed a pleasant sort over the phone. Bob is the internet sales person I spoke to and he had the knowledge about the FJ Cruiser.
