I was able to get the information I needed via e-mail, phone and in-person without any hassle or pressure to buy or commit to a sale before I was ready. Those dealers were either non responsive or less than fully truthful in their dealings with me. I was going to buy a new Toyota Sienna, but then switched and bought a Prius. For the Sienna, the "Internet" price was very good, even a little lower than the consumer reports suggested fair price. I was very satisfied. For the Prius, of course, there was a long waiting list, so the price was near MSRP. I had an excellent experience buying a new Prius from Bob Gaudet at the Acton Toyota dealership. Bob was very helpful and patient with my many inquiries/questions. The other staff at the dealership also were very efficient with handlng my paperwork quickly and easily. I highly recommend buying a new or used car from Bob Gaudet at Acton Toyota.
Juliana Chaves is by far the best automobile sales person I have ever dealt with. She was responsive, personable, and professional. I began looking for a highlander hybrid ltd back in early June. Steve was great getting back to me right away... after some time went by, being unable to locate the right vehicle - I was offered the option to order what I wanted for the same price I received via the internet. I placed the order last night, got my confirmation today via email and I have to say - this couldn't have turned out better. A very pleasant experience.
