The entire experience was very professional, as well as very pleasant. Everyone I dealt with was great. I requested pricing on-line at 10:30 at night and received a response (automated) within twenty minutes. I spoke to Kyle the next morning, and he gave me the best pricing of anyone. The pricing I received was $700 better than what I received from ny brother-in-law who has coneections from a dealership that he was formerly the president and part owner of. Buying a car from Acton Toyota was a very pleasant experience. I looked online for the car I wanted and Ken responded very quickly. I took a test drive and bought the car the next day. Everyone in the office was very friendly. They handled getting the car registered and inspected.
What good things can I say about these guys that haven't already been said in all the other positive reviews? They're great. I requested quotes from several dealers, through a car website, and Acton came in with the lowest one right away. They were prompt, helpful, and responsive. Just bought a new Tundra SR5 5.7L. LOVE the truck. Acton Toyota was low key to deal with. I did my homework on pricing, and they sold me the vehicle for a fair price. When the options I wanted were not available on a vehicle in their sales radius, they ordered me the vehicle I wanted. Vehicle was delivered in the time frame that was advertised.
