Steve Jensen made buying my car one of the easiest big purchases I've made. I was nervous because I had never bought a new car, partly because I was intimidated by the whole process, but it was a very relaxing and laid back experience. Steve did a great job making me feel comfortable and making me feel like I got the best deal I could!
I was recommended by a good friend to this dealership and it was my first ever new car purchase. I did my homework and was given a such a great deal that I wish I would have done it sooner. Shawnee and Steve were great and made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in. I made the purchase on a Saturday and the vehicle was dropped off at my front door (40 miles away) on Monday. How is that for service! I would HIGHLY recommend and I can't imagine why I would even think of going anywhere else for my next car.
After searching online at the local dealerships we found Acton Toyota to have the best selection of preowned vehicles that we were looking for. Excellent experience all around. I ran into a little trouble picking up my new Highlander, but they did everything to make it up to me - delivering the vehicle to my work and taking my trade in. I highly recommend Acton Toyota and I plan on going there for service in the future.

Ordered my 2008 Tacoma Sport Access cab back in April, after meeting with Steve Jensen in the Internet sales department. I was very pleased with my experience at Acton Toyota, specifically my dealings with Anthony and Kyle. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, professional and enjoyable to work with. Acton Toyota provided the best pricing and was the most responsive and accomodating of the half dozen dealers I contacted. They did such a good job, that I chose to buy from them even though I live 2 states and 3 hours away! I will definitely recommend Acton Toyota to my friends in the area.
