The experience that I had in purchasing my 2006 Toyota Prius was nothing less than exceptional. I had used the internet sales feature and was in communication with 3 car dealerships and Acton Toyota was the most responsive, friendly and sensitive to my needs. Since I was without a vehicle, due to a breakdown of my existing car, the sales representative was even willing to coordinate delivery of my desired car to my home to test drive and finalize the sale!
I went with my daughter to look at a Camry we saw on their website. Bob immediately got the keys, let us test drive the vehicle and stayed way beyond closing time to finish the deal. We had gone to other dealerships having bad experiences and we were ready for the same lousy treatment. Everyone at Acton Toyota was happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Great internet buying experience. Quick quote received. Lower than competition. Honest follow-up email with additional dealer costs (doc prep, etc). Car ready as promised. Only 4 rating on quality because they could not find new registration when I went back for sticker.
My wife and I were very pleased with the Acton Toyota team. We were especially pleased with Juliana Chavez who sold us our Toyota Sienna. Juliana was extremely knowledgeable about the Sienna. It was our first Toyota Sienna and we were very grateful for her demonstration of all the Siena features. I used the actontoyota.com sales team. It was a simple process. They emailed me several price quotes (many dealers would not give me quotes over email)and I arrived drove a couple of RAV4s and had a deal done in one afternoon. As relaxing a car buying experience as you could probably have. No hidden charges and no surprises.

There were two salesmen involved because of work schedules. Bob and Matt worked well together and all Acton personel were great to work with. I had shopped two other Toyota dealers. Acton had the car I wanted in stock and offered the best price. The sales people at Acton appeared more knowledgeable than those at other dealers.
Acton Toyota New Car Sales Experience - I knew exactly what I wanted and went to 4 dealers and said give me your best price on a 2008 Prius package #2. Acton Toyota was very responsive and friendly. They came in with the second best price. Two dealers were at MSRP, Acton was approx $400 under MSRP and one dealer was better. I sat down with our GM to further evaluate the vehicle and determine whether our initial appraisal figure was accurate. We will admit upon further analysis that our appraisal was low. Please know that our number was influenced heavily by the current and expected future market of larger trucks due to increasing gas prices. Wellington lived up to his reputation on Dealer Rater in providing excellent service from the beginning to the end. This is our 5th Toyota we have purchased from Acton Toyota in the past 9 years and it was by far the best buying experience. This review might seem a bit odd because I actually did not buy my vehicle from Acton because the vehicle was not available and I live quite a distance from the dealership. I will say that the price quote I got from Anthony was quite fair and the best I had received from any dealer without having to "play tennis" to arrive at a decent price.
