I bought a Corolla LE from Acton Toyota. The price that I got on-line was good and I got a straight, honest deal. The salesman spent time making sure that I completely understood the details of the sale. I did not feel pressured to buy, and the service was excellent. I prefer buying through an on-line dealer because I hate high-pressure salesmen. I am thrilled with my Corolla and would buy from this dealer again.
Being able to research a vehicle online is vastly better than having to spend time talking with sales people. Having access to an online sales person to ask questions is likkewise great. Juliana was quick to reply to all email inquiries. She consiostently provided concise and complete answers to our questions. I can say without reservation that being able to do the bulk of the research and buying process online has been the best car buying experience I hve ever had.
I bought a new Tacoma Pickup Truck after having gotten a quote over the internet. I thought the price was fair, and the process went well. Everyone was friendly, and I would use the dealer again. The truck is great, and it has been a pleasure to drive. I thought the online buying experience is the way to go.
This was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a new vehicle. I was contacted via email and given a number of choices of vehicles based on my search criteria. I used the team at ActonToyota.com. I worked with Eric Kates and the experience was extremely excellent. The whole process worked seamlessly. I had very little time and needed someone willing to work via email and phone as well. Eric was great to work with and was very responsive and more importantly was pro-active without being intrusive. After having an unpleasant experience at another Toyota dealer, where I was ignored and never spoken to after I entered the showroom, I went to Acton Toyota, where my experience was just the opposite. The overall impression is polite, non-intrusive, fair pricing, professional salesmanship, and good selection. Ken was very responsive. He replied my e-mail quote request in the early morning. He followed up with a phone call close to noon. The price quote is straight out fair price. After an extremely unpleasant experience at a Lancaster Toyota dealership, I went to Acton Toyota. What a refreshing difference! Honest, direct, no high-pressure, just straight answers. My wife hates it when I go out to buy a new car because we wind up going to several dealers and haggling for hours. With Acton I submitted a request for a quote on line, received it within an hour. During a subsequent phone call with fozi we discussed price, and then he called me a time with an acceptable price and the purchase was made in less than four hours. Probably the most enjoyable purchase of a new car in my fifty years of buying cars.
