Easy shopping on www.ActonToyota.com and the follow up on email was polite and helpful. When I went in for test drives, the sales people were very friendly and willing to help. The entire buying process was easy and done well.

I visited Acton Toyota after identifying a Used Certified Toyota Solara that I had seen online. Since I was buying my first car I had my colleague (a former car salesman himself) go with me. I had visited dealers before but this was one of a kind. This is our third car from Acton Toyota. We got the first two cars from Keith Mobely (now he's the finance manager) - and the latest car, a Camry, I bought from Dave Anderson. Both Dave and Keith are very friendly and helpful. No haggling. Dave gave me his best price up front and then gave me time to decide (it took me a few months - no problem!!) Kris was very helpful in chosing not only the right model but also the right type of model that I was looking for. He was very informative about the gas mileage and the car's (RAV4) abilities in snow, which were two important points for me. He tried to be as accomodating as possible and even though there was a minor delay in getting the car ready he was always upfront about what was going on. Overall it was a great experience for my first car purchase and I would definitely return in the future.

Acton Toyota is a very good dealership. No pressure sales and fair prices. My internet sales associate, Wellington, was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Acton Toyota to anyone who was looking to buyt a new or used car.

I have given the rating of 5 because I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. Every step of the way I have been made to feel like I am the only customer. When Leo was not available, someone else stepped in and helped. They work as a team, sharing the work and the accolades. I will definitely continue to use Acton Toyota and to recommend them to everyone looking for a new car. I LOVE my new Prius! And the price was the best I found anywhere.

This is the second purchase experience we have had with Acton Toyota and both have been great. The prices were fair, and the employees very helpful, friendly and knowledgable but not pushy. While a vehicle purchase can be very stressful, our experience with Acton Toyota have been anything but that.

I had a great experience at Acton Toyota. The entire process was seamless. Delivery was exact and on-time. I dealt with both Juliana Chaves and Ben Koeller and both were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car.
