My experience with Acton Toyota was exactly what I was looking for. While other dealerships were evasive on pricing, Acton was prompt and direct. My questions were answered, the service was terrific and the pricing was agressive. I will bring my business to this dealership again.

I had a very good experience with Acton Toyota. The saleperson I worked with, Juliana Chaves is very friendly, answered questions directly, returned phone calls and emails promptly and never spoke like the stereotypical car salesperson. I never felt she was telling me a line, there was no salespitch and her demonstration of the car (Prius) was very thorough. I am recommending this dealership and Juliana to friends shopping for a car.

Top notch.Everything that we talked about, discussed and agreed upon, was done and delivered.Business done the way that I wanted.Very timely and efficent. This was an unique car buying experience for me. I have purchaced many vechicles,and used the internet for this before,this was different. I was truely treated like a customer and felt good about the entire transaction

Just bought a 2007 4Runner from Acton, and I coud not be happier. Fozi (my sales rep) worked to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Their price on my trade was higher than Edmunds and Kelly, and Fozi actually built the car with me on Edmunds to ensure I was getting the real invoice price. Other dealers may look bigger, but this is the only place to stop.

This was my first purchase (2007 Rav4) from Acton Toyota. My sales person, Carl McPhee, was very professional and friendly. All questions and concerns were answered very quickly either by phone or email. I recommend Acton Toyota and Carl.

I have two vehicles and trade each every two or three years, and one of my best friends is a car dealer, so I consider myself an educated car buyer, and am well known in my town for that. Late one evening I submitted internet quote requests to three dealers for a 2007 Toyota Prius. Early the next morning I had an automated e-mail acknowlegement from Acton Toyota saying that one of their internet sales team would contact me. Later that morning I received a phone call from Juliana Chaves asking what options I wanted on the car and then immediately gave me a firm quote. I too looked at dealerrater.com for history, and found Acton to be in the upper ratings. They were quick to find the color I wanted from elsewhere. Juliana did a great job explaining the "Science" part of the 2007 Camry. They were pleasant to deal with, while being extrememly busy. This is my first Toyota, and hoping it's a long love affair with the car & the dealer.
