Horrible experience and I GREATLY regret doing business with this company. I am forced to take this time to review and warn others to be aware. I have called and emailed Brian Doney multiple times and do not even get a response back??? Great after sales experience shows they do not care at all! I would have kept my opinion to myself had I gotten an e-mail returned to my multiple sent or a simple phone call THANKS for not responding to me! They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They say that problems with cars are fixed, and don't bother to check that they actually are. They refuse to answer phone calls. They refuse to perform services that they say they will. I had a situation where all of a sudden when the car window was rolled down, the door wouldn’t close. We somehow got it to close by rolling the window up. The door also wouldn’t lock from the outside, so you had to manually lock it from the inside. I made an appointment to get... read more

Gouging customers at the highest level.the price quote was offensive at best.Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible service from start to finish. I felt pressured into the sale and they wouldn't let me leave until I bought a car. The used car I bought has been back to their service department twice in the first 7 days of purchase. Apparently inconveniencing the customer doesn't matter to them. When I shared my displeasure with the manager I was talked down to like I was stupid. If you're a woman, do not shop at this dealership. Acton Toyota only cares about their bottom line, not their customer service.

Leo was great but Acton Toyota's service reps are always forced to compensate for the issues the mechanics often cause. Case in point, I get dropped off at 7 am to pick up a car that was "ready" which then wasn't ready after I already paid for the "ready" car. After looking at the "ready" car it was determined that close to $900 additional was needed to make the car actually ready.
