We're all busy so instead of typing a long paragraph of negative issues that no one has the time to read I'll cut right to the most important info. After all, it's really all about our hard-earned money and fair play, isn't it? So here goes: o I was initially quoted a price of $7,000.00 from Acton Toyota for a repair that other Toyota dealers gave me a ballpark repair cost of $2,700 - $3,500. depending on the extent of possible unseen damage (yes, you read that right...the other dealers quoted me a charge of $3,500 to $4,300... read more

Have been dealing with Acton Toyota Sales & Service for over 10 years and have been impressed by their customer service until my last visit. I went in for an oil change and inspection sticker only to be charged $50.00 for replacing a fog light bulb without being asked. The frustrating part is that I had checked that all lights worked prior to bringing it in. Is this how they are making up for lost sales due to low inventory?

Leo Ferreira was very nice to work with.Finance manager Leo Ferreira was very nice to work with. Finance manager was not pleasant to talk with. My husband reads consumer reports, manager was too pushy with trying to get my husband to buy something that my husband thought was a rip off and didn't want.

It used to be quite a bit better I couldn’t stop raving about it but they had to cut back on so many nice things such as the best coffee and something nice to go with it . also they used to give you complete free breakfast lunch if you had to wait not partially pay for it now which is kind of cheesy at this point in life especially when you’re purchasing a vehicle that cost as much as a house did years ago partially due to people taking advantage of their offerings which made you feel very comfortable when you were sitting a... read more

Scheduled an appointment for Monday at 630pm once I got out of work. I got out of work early so I made a call regarding the truck I wanted to ensure that it was still available and told them I would be down at approximately 5pm. Asked to put down a deposit on the truck and said they dont accept deposits. Ok no biggy. Made the 2 hour ride and 20 minutes before I arrived they called me and said that they had sold the truck but they had a different for an additional 7k. No thanks. I'll take my money elsewhere. I went to Littleton Toyota for a second opinion on an oil pan replacement. I had already received a quote from another dealer for $2500. First Acton Toyota quoted $3800. After I let them know that the other dealer had offered to do the job for $2500, they agreed to match it and asked that I leave the car that day with them and the job would be completed in two days. I arranged for transportation home that night, but then received a call the next day and they said that many more parts would need to be replaced and the new est... read more

this dealership is on its way out..it was the very best before the pandemic ...I got out of my car when I arrived and walked inn to a nearly empty servixe area...thankfully Neil Scwartz saw me and called me over --(Neil is the best service man in the business..they used to send us upstairs for breakfast or lunch but it appears the new owners don't know what they are doing...I was there for 3 hours and couldn't even find a bottle of water...the new owners are a bunch of cheap xxxxxxxx...they had better turn things around fast... read more
