Scam service. If you want to pay for services you don't need I highly recommend Littleton Toyota. I had an air bag recall to replace airbag and basically told me that the vehicle needed new brakes and rotors (already did that a week prior) and manifold seal which I had the car serviced at my own mechanic. Complete rip off.

My family and I have bought 5 Toyotas at Acton Toyota of Littleton. We have worked with Alex Wheaton and he has been great to work with and the process has been easy. Jim Piazas was very understanding of our needs. However, we had to meet with someone named "Bill" who was touting the extension of service at an extra cost. I explained that we were not interested and he seemed to be "put out". My wife and I have purchased 3-4 vehicles from your dealership. Each time we were grilled by some mid-management person. *very* expensive - over-priced repairs. Was looking for oil change - and $1200. later I obtain my car back yes, with some brake work done... I feel taken advantage of... This is my first experience with the new ownership in place, and I am not pleased with the experience. Cassandra was great - excellent customer service skills - however, remaining team seems very disenchanted.... There is a definite shift in mood & experience (and no - it's not Covid-related)... Took an inordinate amount of time to conclude the sale once price was arrived at. Sat in the waiting area and then in the car for well over an hour. Inexcusable.

Great work and excellent service, but I was hit with a $900 bill last year and $1800 bill this year for what were supposed to be routine maintenance visits. Although my car is 15 years old, mileage is in the low 60,000s and I take excellent care of it. I would have gotten a 2nd opinion this year if not for the pandemic.
