I was looking for a new car. Receptionist ignored me was on personal phone call for 15 minutes. Not a single sales associate came by.
Terrifying Negligence I had the breaks, for my Camry, done here thinking that getting serviced at a dealership would be a safe bet. Less than 20,000 miles later, the breaks I paid a ridiculous premium for, need to be completely replaced. Cheap parts, high cost, and terrible installation. I'm lucky that I didn't have an accident. The abysmal work, shows how little concern there is for the safety and well-being of their customers. Incredibly slow and stupidly unhelpful I brought my car in at Friday at 1 PM, for a simple regular maintenance and a state inspection sticker. It took until 5 PM to get through the process - and I learned that my inspection hadn't taken place because my registration had expired. If Eric had mentioned that, during any point in the four hour ordeal, I could have gone online to renew the registration. That took me all of five minutes when I got home. First ignored, then rushed. I was Ignored for over 15 minutes, then rushed through the sales process, minimal communication. Felt like my business was not appreciated. Disappointed over all.
Sales is great. Service is NOT. I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance in June 2018. While it was there, I asked if they could look for fluid leaks since I noticed an oily spot in my garage under the vehicle. I also inquired into re-adhering a couple of the characters on the rear emblem that were inadvertently damaged by me. No attention to detail - push extras - HIGH pressure Poor experience, very little attention to detail, poor listeners, sales 101 change / the subject when asked hard questions - be sure and check tires, finish quality, floor mats... on and on - you have been warned....
Run don't walk away from this crew We returned to ATL to purchase another car in November. ATL low balled at 2K for the trade and were indifferent. We moved on. ATL contacts us a month later asking about coming back. I remind ATL that their trade offer was 2K below three other offers. I tell them that we even have a trade offer for $6,347 in writing. Overcharged I went to Acton Toyota to get an oil and oil filter change. I specifically told the service agent I only wanted that. He said okay, they would change the oil and filter. When I received the bill they had done the oil change, but changed the air filter and cabin filter too, at a cost of $45 each! I did not authorize this and was shocked to see the bill reach almost $200 when all I wanted was an oil change. I believe they took advantage of me because I am a woman. Rude Customer Service Rep I called on 9/16/16 and requested an oil change. I was told to come in around 3:30-4:00. I arrived at 3:45 and an older employee in the drop off bay typed my name in the service computer. When I entered the waiting area there were no seats so I went into the inner waiting area. About 40 minutes later, when I assumed my oil change would be complete, I walked back to the service area. My name was gone from the screen and I sat for 20 more minutes.
