Neil is great to work with. Reduced hours for service are very inconvenient. Being closed at 5pm makes it difficult for those that work to drop off and pick up.

2019 RAV4...received brand new but when I measured tire pressure it was 52psi on all 4 tires!!! They refused to fix wobbly exterior mirrors!

I reached out to Acton Toyota about the purchase of a new Rav4 Hybrid and ended up emailing and chatting on the phone with Justin who was very polite and thorough and informative about their inventory. Great sales acumen and support from Shawn Gormley. He delivered and communicated and I bought the vehicle because of him, even knowing I was paying about $1000 more than I needed to. He found a truck that no other dealer in the state was able to secure for me. All that great work by Shawn was punctuated by a vehicle delivery that was amateurish and unprofessionally weak. Downward trend of dealership After many years of doing business with Acton Toyota, I was not satisfied with my purchase experience. This had nothing to do with the salesperson who was personable, helpful, and professional in all his actions (see below for more detailed comments). Internet buying was easy I expected someone to take the time and go over at least the basic elements of the dashboard features. But that did not happen, so I’ve been spending time learning about the car on Youtube. A little disappointed since I’ve been a loyal customer since 2009 and this was my third car from AT. Also, my car was promised for a Monday delivery and was delivered on Tuesday.
Absolutely terrible experience with a used car purchase. They would lie in your face and change their story multiple time. Completely wasted time. Salesman Jack Burke and used car sales manager. Would never expected this from a Toyota dealership.

Very disappointed. Scheduled an oil change and arrived 15 minutes early and was told “we’re running behind and it will be 2 hours” no apologies. I hate wasting my time
