Rude Customer Service Rep I called on 9/16/16 and requested an oil change. I was told to come in around 3:30-4:00. I arrived at 3:45 and an older employee in the drop off bay typed my name in the service computer. When I entered the waiting area there were no seats so I went into the inner waiting area. About 40 minutes later, when I assumed my oil change would be complete, I walked back to the service area. My name was gone from the screen and I sat for 20 more minutes. Not happy with the service Today, I dropped my car to Toyota service At 8 am this morning, the service guy was rather not friendly. When I asked, may I get some discount? the reasons are below: 1) My family purchased Toyota for many years, and got service here. 2) I did not have your curtest breakfast here. The guy named "Eric Moeller" just said a single word "No".. I was expecting some reasoning, but no.
Unprofessional experience I called to get some prices on parts. The guy who was helping me was excellent but there was this xxxxxx in the back screaming profanities so loud, I heard every disgusting word about his latest and I am guessing, few dates. I found out he was one of the managers. Seriously? Is this the way you run the place? Going someplace else from now on.
wasted my time i was looking for a specific used car and they had one for sale, used. i dealt with bob gaudet on the phone before i drove 160 miles, one way. i asked specifically if there was ANYTHING wrong with the car before i drove there. bob said there was NOTHING wrong. i read ALL the positive reviews and was very excited to see the car. woke up at 5am to be there by 9am. before i got out of my car, i noticed 2 OBVIOUS things wrong. under the front rocker panel, it was cracked and bulging out like someone had jacked it ... read more
Feeling insulted I visited this dealership over the weekend with the intent of leasing a new Camry. After spending some time with the salesperson and discussing all the options, they wanted to value my trade in. They offered me $3000 for it which about half of what the other 3 dealerships I visited offered me. They did not want to discuss the offer at all. Watch the details! Buyer beware! I can't recommend Acton Toyota service any longer as I have in the past. Be sure that you inspect your used car in every detail before buying it. It appears that the high quality service Acton Toyota has been known for has slipped down a couple of notches. Acton Toyota-Broken Trust with Customer I would like to share my experience today. Have a new 2016 Toyota vehicle that shakes, has a vibration thru the gas pedal, steering wheel, floorboards, and console. I took it to get it looked at, had a technician ride with me so he could experience the same. service incompetence Repeated forgetting/failure to provide inspection sticker for used truck purchase despite plenty of days and repeated checking to see if it had been done.
Caught them lying & cheating me! I've been service several cars there for years. I've referred people to them, who have purchased cars from them and who also serviced those cars there. I always knew that I'd be paying a premium to have a dealer service my car, but I figured that ultimately, they would do the best work.
