My wife and I decided it was time to trade in our 13 year old Corolla. So, we went on the web to review the reputation of local dealerships. Top notch! The only way to describe our experience with Steve Jensen at Acton Toyota. Steve was an absolute no pressure salesman from start to finish and incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle we purchased (2010 Tundra Crewmax). Acton Toyota is not just any Toyota dealership. Everyone from the greeter to the salesmen to the finance office to the service writers personify professionalism and excellence. After hearing an advertisement on WBZ radio, I decided to visit Acton Toyota of Littleton. I was introduced to Scott Vachon. I wanted to test drive a Prius, Scott immediatley found one and we went for a drive, but I was still unsure. I asked about a Camry. I walked in the front door with a fairly clear idea of what I wanted in terms of the car itself. I did not know about the special finance programs being offered. Travis McCarthy came out and greeted me with a hand shake and a smile. Somehow he put me at ease right away. No high pressure slick sales pitches. This is my second purchase of an new car with Acton Toyota. Both John Bernard in the sales department and Eric Moeller in the service department were very patient with me while I went through the process of deciding to trade in my Highlander for a new RAV4. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!
I'm disabled so when my grandson totaled my car I turned to the internet. Luckily the car I found was at Acton Toyota. Juliana drove the car out to my home to see it. They also waited very patiently for the insurance company to send the check. When I finally arrived to pick up my car they were very solicitous and made me extremely comfortable about the whole process. It was a much easier experience leasing my new car from Acton Toyota than the previous dealership I worked with. The price was as advertised, no haggling, which was terrific. I liked the friendly atmosphere as well. I would definitely recommend the dealership to a friend.
Acton Toyota of Littleton is a great place to buy a car. Felt very comfortable going in reviewing the used cars and then moved on to buying a new car once all the figures were explained to me. Absolute best place no playing games to get the price straight forward and as a woman going in alone to buy a car would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am very pleased with the value of service I recieved at Toyota of Acton today. Garrett Green was exceptionally helpful and really went the extra mile to help me with my needs. He was not your typical pushy salesman and was extremely knowledgable of all product we looked at. The staff at Toyota of Acton where very friendly and the quality of customer service is outstanding.
