Please understand, I do not like shopping for cars. I Please understand, I do not like shopping for cars. I particularly do not like "in-your face" salesmen. I went into the Acton Toyota dealership several months ago. I was directed, by chance, to John Bernard. I would not even give him my full name. I did not want someone hounding me. Scott was great. He showed true concern for the needs of me and my family. He was patient in explaining what I needed in a mini-van. Yes, I had to take the plunge for the mini-van and he was very helpful in telling me about the virtues of the Toyota Sienna. He was a true advisor - I did not feel as if he was trying to just sell me a car to earn a commission and move to the next deal. Rather, he was trying to make sure that the car met my needs. I would definitely return to Acton Toyota and I have already recommended them to others. My mechanic referred me to Scott when my vehicle "died". I called and explained we were looking to purchase a used or new vehicle, but had also heard of some great leases. He quickly explained a new lease with little down and small monthly payments which fit our budget. He asked what specs we were looking at and pulled a vehicle off the lot for us. My son brought me to Acton Toyota so I could replace my Corolla. While I was there, I me Scott Vachon who was very helpful and informative. He was able to answer all of my questions. Scott put me at ease with my decision to buy a new car. I was very pleased and would recommend Scott and Acton Toyota to my friends.

This lease arrangement was conducted quickly and efficicently to provide me an excellent vehicle. I appreciated the extra effort and a very nice experience. I am especially pleased with the ability to conduct most of the process via internet and telephone.

I have a wonderful experience with Acton Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone. John Bernard, my sales rep, was extremely helpful. He went through various price configurations to come up with one I was comfortable with, got me into the car to test drive, took care of all the paperwork, registration, etc and explained it all, explained everything in the car to me, signed me up for my first service apptmt and generally was just a pleasure to deal with. Travis was a great help to me during this entire process. He was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about helping me get what I want. I don't think I could have dealt with a nicer person. Frank was also very helpful through the process and made it easier for me to understand what I was getting into. Acton Toyota seems like a really amazing place and I am glad that I bought my car from them and I look forward to dealing with these great people in the future with all my car needs!

I had a great experience with Acton Toyota. I purchased a beautiful Toyota Camry 2010 and Travis made it a stress-free and positive experience. We purchased our vehicle and just 2 days after we were on the road. It was pressure-free and Travis was excellent at listening to our needs. I have since made recommendations to anyone looking for a Toyota, and all who have purchased at Toyota have shared good stories. Travis, two thumbs up!! We also liked how clean the dealer looked. Excellent business.
