Keep up the great work and enthusiasim. The service coordinator had our car backed right up to the door to minimize our walking. A leaf fell into the blower motor when the filter was being replaced. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired with sincere apologies. Lunch was also great. We appreciate your efforts and kindness! Bob and Lil Stevens

It's a pleasure to come here for service. Service reps are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They guide you through the most cost-effective way to maintain your vehicle. Customer lounge is superlative. I've been there when the owner has walked through asking if people are satisfied with the service. That doesn't happen at many places, if ever.

I have been to many car dealers over the years and I always left feeling like I either got ripped off, or narrowly avoided getting ripped off. Acton Toyota was the first dealership I have visited that did not make me feel like that. From start to finish, they were very helpful and friendly and avoided any slimey sales tactics. I was never pressured or subjected to any B.S. during the buying process. We enjoyed speaking to Tomas, and he provided us with all the information we need for our new SUV. We love our new Highlander, the service department was great by getting the new inspection sticker without a long wait. The waiting area is very peaceful to get work done without a lot of interruptions.

Acton Toyota is an exceptional dealership. My first experience was with the sales rep, who was very knowledgeable. when I go in for service they come out to greet me at my car. The service writer was very helpful. While you are waiting the is always drinks and refreshments. This time I was handed a ticket to have lunch as the predicted a two hour wait for everything. This is a HUGE dealership with a great selection of cars. They made it easy for us to walk away with the car that we wanted. They make the purchasing process very easy and don't do the normal haggling for prices. They quote a good price and that's the price, which is exactly what I wanted.

Bob approached us and asked if we had been attended to immediately he saw that we were waiting in the Show Room. He made us feel very welcome, and didn't appear to pressure us in any way in making our choice of the car to buy. He provided the technical details and we made the choice. It was great dealing with Bob.

The sales person is very professional and nice. The service is excellent. I originally did plan to buy the car. It was because of the service as well as the ongoing promotion which attracted me. The sales person drove the car to my home and gave very detail explanation about the car functions.

Comfortable, clean way to have yearly safety inspection. The staff is polite and helpful. Surroundings are pleasant. 17.3 miles is not too far to drive. Time taken is quite reasonable. Cafeteria is convenient. I cannot think of anything else to say about this.
