As usual -- the service was done efficiently and as promised. Sandy did a fantastic job of calling and keeping me apprised of the status, especially when the technician discovered more work was needed. The technician gets kudos for noticing the inspection sticker and license plates were from different states -- and raising it as a possible issue. Bill Morrissey was easy to reach and was always upfront and honest with the cars available. We worked together for a few weeks trying to find the right fit for my daughter. I compared his prices to other dealers and they were reasonable, but knowing he would back the car if there was a problem was the clincher. In fact the wheels have already been balanced for free...

This dealership is a great example for excellence in customer service. My positive experience dates back prior to their relocation to Littleton, and I must say that their staff goes far and above of what is necessary to do a technically good job. They provide solid advice (and even suggest other options in case repair work is not necessary), I always got an exact quotation of the cost, and reliable time estimate of what it would take to fix my car. I appreciate that I am always given accurate estimate time to take as well as a coupon for the upstairs cafeteria (although I don't eat there because of my diet restriction). Two hours pass by very quickly as I work with my laptop in the Wi-Fi room or upstairs cafeteria.

Juliana provided the vehicle we wanted with no lies or hassle. She promptly answered all of our questions and worked hard to get us just what we wanted in a timely manner. My wife and I are very specific about what we want, and Juliana was happy to accommodate. I would suggest going to Acton Toyota if you are looking for a great deal on a new car. Avoid those dealerships who think that scamming people is the way to earn business. Yea that's right, I am talking about you Expressway Toyota.

Thank you Byron and the staff at Acton Toyota of Littleton!!!!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a bright smile and a "hi how can we help you?" I had a great experience working with Tomas Revetria at Acton Toyota. I had contacted 2 other local dealers about leasing a Toyota Prius. I had lots of questions, as we had never leased and we were new to Toyotas. Tomas was very patient and prompt with all my inquiries--he actually seemed happy to answer all my detailed questions. We had been shopping for cars for about a month and had been narrowing in used cars and had been to a couple of used car dealerships, I called Acton and was put through to Bob, It was like a breath of fresh air, when we went into meet with him it was an entirely BS free zone, I felt like I was being dealt with fairly, I know I am not a great negotiator nut I felt like I got a good deal and the dealership wanted to make money obviously but cared more about building lasting relationship than squeezing every dollar out of the d... read more

They are in a class by themselves: 1. Totally flexible They are in a class by themselves: 1. Totally flexible when scheduling service. 2. Totally attentive upon arrival. Immediately greeted by the valet attendent. 3. Immediatley helped by the kind gentleman who writes up the service to be done. He then hands me a voucher for a made to order breakfast in there new cafteria. Told me to enjoy it (which of course I did!!) and not to worry because he would find me when my car was done.
