Acton Toyota has been my primary auto dealer for many years, so I decided to go to them first when I needed to replace my 2001 Camry. At 216K miles, it required a new front exhaust pipe and I decided it wasn't worth doing. I have only bought 2 cars through a dealership, this being the second, and while the first wasn't bad by any means, Acton Toyota used car annex by far won out. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, genuine and this contributed to an overall great experience. My experience at Acton Toyota has always been very pleasant. From the quick response at the beginning to the accurate time estimated for completion, I have been very satisfied. The staff is friendly and informed. I feel confident that my car has been well taken care of especially when the services completed have been explained fully to me. Having the opportunity to use Rewards Points for service is an option I have not taken advantage of yet because the charge for service has been reasonable. My wife took our 2007 camrey xle for a front end alignment. The service was very friendly and helpful. The car was actually finished faster than promised and, in the meantime, she was given a voucher for breakfast in the cafeteria. All in all it was a good experience. We have purchased other Toyota from Acton Toyota and have been very pleased with everything to do with the dealer.
I was referred to Acton Toyota and to Wellington P., salesman, by a satisfied customer. I spoke with Wellington two months prior to visiting the dealership. Wellington was patient and answerered all of my questions in a very direct and honest manner. At my unannounced visit to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised that I was not swarmed by salesmen. I purchased my 2002 Camry in January 2008. The car has gone to Acton Toyota exclusively for all service. Everyone is extremely customer focused either on the phone or from the moment you drive in to the reception area. The only problem is the time it takes to transfer the registration from trade-in to purchaced vehicle. I am not sure if there is anything the dealer can do in this respect, it could be a RMV problem. but if this is the case, and since all the data is digital, Is it possible to "deputize" the dealer as a "mini-registry" for the processing of the registration? They do it at the auto inspection station where the "sticker" is printed up on line. This could be done with the auto registration as well. Edward
John was very helpful and patient. We took all three models for a test run and came back with the Prius. The purchase process is seamless, efficient and the entire dealership is well thought out and extremely customer oriented. I feel confident that this is the best car purchase I have made at the best dealership in the area.
