We were very pleased with the sales person--Steve Augusta We were very pleased with the sales person--Steve Augusta and though we have had the Venza two weeks we have not any thing wrong with the automobile. We expect to take time to learn about all the audio etc. which the Venza has but it is a learning experience. On the road the Venza is a joy. It holds the road and gives one a sense of security.

I have always found the service and sales staff very courteous. As long as I intend to keep with Toyota and live in Massachusetts I will continue to use Acton Toyota as my dealership.I have given Acton Toyota this rating because I have been going there for 10 years and have been more than pleased with their service and sales personnel.

My purchase experience with Acton Toyoa was extremely good. In particular, my experience with the sales team was refreshing. John and Wellington knew their products well, were always helpful, and never reverted to “sales tactics” so often used by other dealers. The entire process was very positive.

I bought my car at Acton Toyota of Littleton in 2003. Although Acton Toyota of Littleton is about 22 miles from my home, I continue to service my car there. The service department is the best. The comfortable environment, friendly staff and great service make the experience worth the drive. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to purchase my cars there.

I went to Acton Toyota to purchase a brand new Toyota Tacoma recently. Wellington was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, very friendly, efficient, fulfilled all the promises he made. This dealership is truly excellent, it cares a lot about its employees and its customers. I had talked to several dealerships and in the end, I bought my truck from Acton Toyota and felt extremely satisfied. Shop around and then go to Acton Toyota, you'll definitely feel the difference!

I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from Acton Toyota in 12/07. Today, I brought the car into the facility without an appointment to address the accelerator pedal recall and was in and out of the shop in about an hour. I had been anticipating this being a hassle to take care of and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get this fixed. I started browsing dealerships a couple of weeks ago, trying to decide what I wanted my first new car to be. I went to Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA just to look and figure out if I wanted another corolla. Within a few minutes of being on the lot, John Bernard rolled up in a golf cart and asked if he could help us (My mom came too). Thinking about getting a Prius, we first went to Littleton, the closest dealer. Travis was straightforward, candid, and un-pushy. Next was Lancaster where the salesperson was less experienced and had a somewhat pressured approach - short leash and we had to meet the manager. After that was Nashua and the salesperson was knowledgeable, pleasant, on a short leash and had a pushy manager.
