Ray and Garrett and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure, which my wife and I both appreciate, just a "take your time, we're here to answer any questions" disposition. Price was great and delivery was fast. And the facility is awesome. Highly recommended!

It was the best car buying experience I've had in over 20 years. Jerry was there to help me get the car I wanted and answer any questions I had. He took the time to show me around the dealership. I could see that Action Toyota is there to serve their customers. I was impressed with the service area and the restaurant on site. I would highly reccommend Jerry and the dealership.

Tomas is a good sales representative, friendly, responsive, reliable and honest. I am comfortable to deal with him during the whole process. The overall online communications, in-store experience and the price are all excellent and impressive. Their financial manager Frank, reception desk and even the follow-up phone call are all very professional. That's why we drove 250 miles from New York to Acton to lease our 2010 Venza. People living in MA are lucky to have this nice Toyota dealership.

We have been doing business with Acton Toyota ('99) and Chris Johnson for a number of years. We continue to go back, and recommend Acton Toyota because of their sales and service department. Chris Johnson, specifically, has been honest, helpful and most pleasant to deal with while purchasing our last 5 automobiles from Acton in the last 5 years. Great experience. I own a fleet of vehicles and always deal over the phone. I know what I want and what I will pay. This deal took all of 15 minutes. We revieved the car 1 day late later that expected but Ben called me to let me know an it did not cause any problems. The dealer came to my home for sign paperwork! Over all a great experience. There is a reason why this dealer is rated so high in customer service--they listen to their customers. If you encounter any type of miscommunication or misunderstanding about your service, they, as an organization, will work to diligently resolve your issues. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who wants/enjoys great customer service.

I had done a lot of research before heading to Acton Toyota to meet Tom Downing. That included visits and test drives at other Toyota dealers. Tom was exceptionally helpful and professional. I knew what I wanted to buy, a Prius, but was unsure of which model. Tom quickly set me up for a test drive that allowed me to choose the right model. Steve Jensen was the best sales associate we have ever worked with. Toyota.com was the first web site we have ever used,the transaction was smooth, no haggling over price. Steve went out of his way to make our experience a positive one. He showed us several cars until we were satisfied that we had found the right one. He was very, very patient. I was looking several months specifically for a used 2008-2010 Toyota Highlander in magnetic gray with under 20,000 miles. I found the car I wanted at Acton Toyota and dealt with Ken Hsu. After the usual meet and greet and sales pitch, we agreed upon a good, reasonable price and actually was able to get more for our trade-in than we expected. The people at Acton were great and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to use. Great experience.
