We went in to Acton Toyota looking for a used car, for a good price, low mileage, etc. for my teenager to drive. John helped us through the whole process, was not pushy like other dealers, and helped us buy our used Scion xB. My overall experience was very pleasant from the moment I walked in to the time I picked up my car. I have owned Camry’s for the last 23 years, did my homework, and knew what I wanted. The sales manager was terrific too. We were looking for a new car for my daughter to drive 800 miles from home in graduate school and were concerned about safety and reliability in the vehicl. Excellent experience from my first inquiry via the internet through till I drove my new camry off their lot. The overall experience was pleasant. Sales people were all kind and sales people. They weren't totally familiar with the product. After the purchase no time was spent in going over operational details - how to operate the car and its various accessories and functions. No service schedule was discussed and there was no discussion of the rewards program. Still, the process was better than I expected and I assume I'll receive the rewards information.
